    can he do this ? mle eaters should just do what they want. MLE cant do much about it anyway without the eaters they have nothing

    Except for the top few eaters, all MLE eaters can easily be replaced. The rest are just filler at the tables. Even the top eaters are replaceable, unless they all quit at once

    There seems to be a pattern with former MLE members when they are either thrown out or leave on their own. One is that their names are stricken from MLE including twitter FB and other promotional or media hype. The other pattern is that those individuals feel the need to crave attention because they no longer belong to an organization. So they do crazy eating challenges or get a foolish sponsor or two to promote a restaurant stunt with a group of other disgruntled former members. Case in point Gravy Brown & Pat Bertoletti STUFFED amongst other things

    That is an interesting claim, since Katrina was in 2005 and the MLE crawfish contest started in New Orleans in 2011. It was previously held in Atlantic City.

    I don’t think there should be any penalty for MLE eaters who also do food challenges. There usually is no pay out. Even if there is one, it is usually only $500 at most, and only for some big event, like breaking the record. Rarely more.
