Will Millender reports that a Kickstarter has a page seeking to raise $10,000 by March 13 for post-production of the documentary "Hungry", which will cover 366 days in competitive eating from July 4, 2010 to July 4, 2011. The page incorrectly says that prize money for the Nathan's women's division was less than the male awards; the payouts were made equal after public outcry.

Ban the woman division. A real woman goes up against the men

Oh … you mean like they do in all other sports? Name one that doesn’t have a separate women’s division!

I understand why there was never a separate women’s division in the past, due to not enough women, but fortunately that’s changing. That’s as it should be.

9:50: It’s a (hot) doggone shame women need to be liberated in anything in the 21st century.

I’m glad a CE organization doesn’t govern this country, otherwise women wouldn’t be voting yet either.

It’s nice to see that it’s not just about MLE,but would be more interesting if it included something on Matt Stonies journey to MLE,stephanies Torres beginning with challenges then becoming one of the best women eaters,Gilbert, the Furious Pete/Boone feud,Excel,Reda, how Man v food inspired more people to get into CE. I’m a huge CE fan and this is what would make me want to watch this even more.
