The FreeKobayashi twitter reports that Takeru Kobayashi's August 5 court appearance will take place at Brooklyn Criminal Court on 120 Schermerhorn Street from 9:45 am to 10:30 am.

    OJ how cum you give this minute by mnute update on Kobayahsi court appearane but would not give one stinkin update on gavonne when he appeared in criminal court back in oct. Isnt he just as important? It seems that you show favortsm towards one specific eater

    Tomorrow’s court hearing will be very interesting for many reasons. All opinions about freedoms to eat are represented on eatfeats. Kobyashi has made his stand with MLE, his arrest has muddied the contract waters in some ways. If he is cleared of the arrest charges and his visa is not affected, then MLE and he will each decide whether or not their futures will have anything in common. Wrecking Ball has an excellent attitude and is clear about what he wants and why. Wish there were more like him.
