Kobayashi films commercial (probably for potato chips)

Kobayashi has posted two entries about his trip to Los Angeles. One is about his plane trip while suffering an illness, the other is about filming a commercial. The commercial is most likely for potato chips based on the picture with a lot of small potato chip bags.

Please tell me this is for “Lay’s” potato chips. ‘Can’t eat just one’ slogan would be genius.

It certainly looks weird/barren when you go to the Future Eating Contests portion of the IFOCE Web site and see an empty column. It’s actually sad.

An eating contest with something sharp like chips would be hilarious. It would be a blood bath!

Sad indeed Rhonda. But soon the grill will be fired up and the tables will be set. I can smell the crabcakes and shoofly pie already!

SOMEONE has to know what company Koby was filming a commercial for. Isn’t Crazy Legs tight with him? The IFOCE must know…maybe they can hook us up with a little info.

I’m thinking Pringle’s would be better. “Once you pop…. you can’t stop!”

I did a couple Pringles contests in Seattle in 2003.I ripped up my Mouth in one of them pretty bad.
