    Now the picture is becoming somewhat clearer. At one point last year Kobayashi people attempted to work things out with George Shea but under Shea terms. They were reaching out to George and not the other way around. When thats the case expect a take it or leave it deal. George would allow him to compete against Joey in 2010 with the agreement that Kobayashi can only compete in that one Nathans event oer year and not compete in other events outside of MLE especially hot dogs. Now FF to 2011. long after the arrest. George Shea reaches out to Kobayashi , offers him 10grand to compete in Coney Island this year while Kobayashi relays a message to his press agent to give George “get lost not interested” However it is still unclear as to what changes were made in the revised contract offer or if there were any to begin with? . Was is the same or more in favor of Kobayashi?

    Well, I just cannot help myself, can I? I am guessing that Mr. anonymous is none other than Mr. Seiken himself. No matter who is writing, that is all speculation. Just read Kobayashi’s blog and see what he himself says. No one has better inside information than Kobayashi or the Sheas. Listen to what they said publicly and perhaps your information will be somewhat close to the truth or at least closer.

    I second that. Kobayashi is all about Kobayashi. But then again, who are any of the top eaters about but themselves? Koby is just normal in that respect.

    One thing you can say about Kobayashi at least he is receptive towards others on facebook. Joey Chestnut is receptive to nobody. Show him the cash
