Registration for the gyoza eating contest that will take place at the Nisei Week Festival in downtown Los Angeles on August 20 will open on July 13 at 11 am Pacific. The contest purse has been increased to $5,000.

    It would be nice just to clarify for the people that live on the east coast . 2pm EST??? for the Gyoza registration ? Am i correct or will someone out there please confirm

    Gyoza – according to the time posted, yes, it would be 2pm for us East Coasters.
