Megamunch debunks Booker helmet photo
Dave Shoffner of the megamunch blog has posted rather conclusive evidence that the famous picture of Eric “Badlands” Booker eating Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub’s 11 pound burger in a helmet decorated with a cartoon dog was modified.

Dear Dave:
I Appreciate your interest in the photo taken of me at Denny’s Beer Barrel, and great investigative work on your behalf, but i’m sorry to inform you that The Photo Is REAL. The photo on the left was indeed taken first, then i noticed a football helmet made out of paper mache and plastic with a picture of Mutley on it, and thought it would be cool. so i squeezed into the helmet (Very Tight Squezze) and took the same shot. You’re not the first to think it was a photoshop job, but word to Jim Mullen’s Teeth, it was a real as it gets!
Stay Hungry & Focused Dave,
-Badlands Booker

I’ve taken the photos in question, back to my laboratory (okay, it’s just a trailer) and have determined that it would be virtually impossible to re-create all the exact same angles in 2 seperate pictures. Thus the photo containing the helmet is heretofore, a Photoshop!
I believe my good friend Badlands Booker is but a mere Pawn in a vast Chicken-Wing conspiracy!!
