MLE International Trips
The results of the pro-am soba noodle eating contest at Yokosuka Base in Japan:

3) Team Crazy Legs Conti 11.5 bowls
Here is a list of MLE international trips I am aware of with two or more competitive eaters:

how does it feel to belong to an organization that shows favortism towards one eater all the time. Its like the guy or girl that sits in the front of the classroom and the teacher gives them A’s on all the exams

I’d send Crazy Legs 10 out of 10 times. Thats something that the Sheas get right. Lets be honest, some of us can be unreliable to be on time or even sober. He does great press and doesn’t bitch in public. He has a flexible schedule and puts on a great show. These trip need at least one reliable veteran who can help to make sure it goes down right. CLC, X, B.O.B., Hall are all good choices

Washing windows and working as a receptionist in playboy club is enough of a flexible schedule so that both wont interfere with his first priority which is MLE., Let me know if either job is still hiring Ha Ha Ha

Belly brings up a very good point . Only problem is that its the mediocre eaters that are going solo which hardly makes a dent in the organization. If Shoudt Pat Chestnut Sonya and some of the others in the top 15 went independant then they might start to worry. . They still have a long way to go before the army is depleted and even if that became worst scenario they would just pack up and focus on commercial real estate.

Matt, I had you and Adrian pegged for this gig, so I was right in one instance.
To ‘Very Reliable’ the reality is that CLC is ‘Very Reliable’ which is probably why he is there, and you are still here. ‘Belly Buster’ (who is probably the same anon person as ‘very reliable’) you clearly don’t understand what goes on at these events. Eating alot of hotdogs or whatever doesn’t mean you deserve the world to kiss your ass. The MLE is involved with serious work with entertaining these soldiers, and they need to know that the people that show up will be a able to put on a show and not be a*holes. They need men and women who wont complain that they weren’t given 5 star hotels or that they had to put up with some inconveniences. It’s not a vacation they are giving out, it’s an opportunity be involved with keeping our servicemen happy.
If you don’t think than this is serious work, than you have proven my point again, you just don’t get it. Go Independent. There’s a million opportunities waiting for you out there, and your spot at MLE will be filled in a moment.

I guees you miss my point….Legs is and always will be a great personality and a great entertainer and will be great for the servicemen…Win or lose he will put on a great show… Now getting back to what Im saying is I get your point , Legs is the best personality and maybe Booker to entertain the servicemen period…But eaters that give their all but lose because of cheating, what should they think..Maybe cheating is the way, everyone knows how but choses not too,,,maybe not anymore””””

As the face of MLE, Crazy Legs will likely get priority consideration for all promotional events in the foreseeable future, overseas and stateside. That makes sense.

Does anyone ever say there name on this site or are they to pussy to say there name . I’m also do with hearing about bookers rap like the old song not interested in latest hits. Think some people love some don’t think my long time friend an co eating pro should be more worried about weight loss. After seeing him in photos time for break from eating time to push away from table. I’ve had to make huge changes I’d love to come back to table but no can’t until I reach my goal. I’d like to challenge Eric Booker to weight loss challenge also don Kerman .ps we all need to get thinner to be more health for are family.

Why is Conti the face of MLE? He was not chosen by the people for the people. Like a dictatorship that picks and chooses whom they deem fit to represent the organization. In other sports such as NBA Mike Jordan was not expected to score all the points for his team.His other team mates were counted to contribute also. Unfortunately the IFOCE never saw things that way and never will

Cookie Jarvis has a great idea, seems made for television, a weight loss challenge with Booker, Lerman, Will Millender and with other eaters to advise them. It could be a huge opportunity for many eaters and great for the future health of the four and others. Lots of entertaining eaters, feels like a perfect scenario. Booker could rap about his weight loss challenges and cheer people on. The face of competitive eating has changed and Booker would have trouble going overseas to represent the US because of so much criticism about obesity in the US. You wouldn’t see any servicemen who are very or even a little bit overweight.

I would never touch any of the food in Thailand due to infectuous diseases. LIke Chinese markets in the US hang roasted chickens out the window for display, In Thailand markets they hang roasted rats in the window for display

If memory serves, I believe Booker and Bryan Beard auditioned for Biggest Loser last year. Didn’t hear how it turned out, but I guess it’s safe to say they didn’t make it. Maybe they’ll try again… I think it’s a cool angle…
