IFOCE has not had a pasta contest since 2003 when Ed Jarvis at 6lbs and Seiken finished 3rd with 4.

Lefevre will finally get his crack at redemption in 12 yrs after crying like a bitch about one of his plates not being counted . I say this is made to order for Ron Koch who is a master at pasta

The second round of the 2005 US Open was pasta. There was a also a ravioli contest in St. Louis in 2004

That was epic. Did Koch beat Booker in that event? I think Koch ate 8lbs then was beat by either Booker Sonya or Jarvis. Jed Donahue tried to act cute with Kobe and Kobe blew him out

Ron do you think you can eat 8lbs of pasta or more 10yrs later?

Matt and Joey are in a class by themselves. Miki, on pure talent, should be a distant third. The rest will fight for the remaining scraps. That’s life in MLE.

Let’s not go through this silliness again. High school finished a long time ago for all of us (especially me).

In fact, I’m so old I went to a colonial school where they only taught reading, writing and arithmetic. I had to walk to and from school because public transportation hadn’t been invented yet. I survived the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco and watched as the Empire State Building was built. That depression in 1929 through the early 1930’s was really a bitch.

It was on this very blog years ago Ron claimed MLE had ruined him and he was done with them for good. Now he’s reliving dreams of yesteryear chasing a whooping 150 dollars, money that he’ll probably lose to some amateur off the street.

    Ron can eat serious pasta

I think Ron will do very well. We had several very close battles over the years. If an amateur beats him, he’ll likely beat me as well.
