They recommend pulling my remaining few teeth and giving me full dentures. My mother had that done at a relatively early age and she said it was no picnic eating. It was my fate to inherit her teeth (and her father’s). There are only a small handful of contests where this would not be a huge handicap. I wouldn’t be able to beat the super eaters anyway but I certainly would be competitive with the next tier of eaters.
