SILive.com reports that a cannoli eating contest will not be held at this month’s San Gennaro Feast in Little Italy. With a 13 year duration, the competition was probably the second longest running MLE event after Nathan’s (via @stateneats).

Conti and Goldstein didn’t beat anyone of any significance to win the title. Brad title was taken away from him after being rat out by Arnold Chapman

Check out a past post contest video by the great Gavonne where smellkin says he can’t eat cannoli because of the sugar then is accused of having bad breath.

808 am you fell for that one hook line and sinker but you the actual truth was Seiken asked Gavonne to interview other eaters for his YT video and then hit them with the breath comment. Unfortunate that Gavonne was too chicken shit to hit them up with the question so he plays it safe like a coward and asks Seiken the breath question

Is Jo Rose his real name? Jo Rose is the name of a famous (male) guitarist, and Gavonne also liked the guitar. So he might have just used that. There are also many women named Jo Rose.
It would help if 11:43 could give us more info.

Jo Rose is his real name . 30 yrs ago he was not even remotely comparable to the psycho he portrayed over the last 7yrs. I believe he was an up and coming musician who played guitar in more than one band . Pity as time goes by how someone can deteriorate before your very eyes

Also, I just clicked on the 2008 contest link above, and guess who finished last? Jo Rose. What a coincidence! He also finished last in 2009.
