Suggestion: more grudge matches

Ray “The Bison” Meduna has sent me the following suggestion:

What would competitors think about having One on One grudge matches at
each major Eating Contest simular to the Beautiful Brian vs. Krazy Kevin .This would bring extra interest to the events and also could be done as a Charity Fund Raiser.

    I think it sounds like a good idea. I know I am interested in it. One on one contests are always fun and it is usually much eaiser to tell who is ahead.

    I believe Grudge Matches would bring much excitment to the Sport and the Fans would love it.I have done matches like this in the past and generated Funds for Charities.

    IFOCE Members would have to have prior approval .I have not been denied doing this when I competed.For example Beautiful Brian VS Larry The Legend or Eric The Red VS Don Moses Lerman in a 99 Second Speed Match.

    I know the the IFOCE has the Rally Matches but they are not matched to settle a Grudge.I read alot of tention between some eaters and I think it should be settled at a table for a good cause.

    It’s just an idea so give me some feedback and I would be willing to help put the Charity Drives together and also personally judge the Match if set up the right way.

    Sounds like a winner to me. Ray is a bright guy with great ideas and the Sheas should listen to what he says.

    I nominate the Bison as an honarary commisioner and director of grudge matches for the IFOCE. Seriously, I know you could make it happen Ray. I’m all for it if it’s for charity. I’ll be ready for any Jalapeno challenges after tomorrow’s competition.

    This is the best idea I have heard in a while. Ray comes up with the best ideas. Maybe it could be like a title rally but with grudge matches.

    Yes! This is a good idea. Ray did some thing like this for a friend that had canser on the radio.
    I was there watching very impresseed. I am all for it. Ray come up with a true showman ideas.
