The Bod Edit has an interview with Takeru Kobayashi. He says that TMJ (jaw arthritis) is still an issue for him and that cow brains from the Glutton Bowl are the grossest food he has had to eat in competition. He also says that he has started to feel the effects of ate (he will turn 40 in March) but hopes to continue with competitive eating for five more years. update Andrew Boyle has a blog entry with photographs he took for the interview
