I feel so sad for “Eater X”, “Hellen Haggerty” “The Whaler” and Tim Janus. Having to check at the ticket counter a big check would be the least of my problems. Let me win one of those bean eating contests, get one of those big checks, and then let those on the plane and those hanging around the baggage carosoul suffer as I leave a trail of the beans all the way home. Let me, just one time, have it as hard as he claims to have it. I can always shower and get the stink off me after I get home.

I got thrown off a plane when I was in Milwaukee , when i asked to have my seat change,d I guess that my black beard worried them as if I was a terrorist. I now travel clean shaven

When I went to Canada for a contest the Border Patrol didnt want to hear that I was going to Toronto to eat in a competition. They pulled me off into immigration, searched my car, and asked my wife and I 50 questions. Like – What do you mean a hamburger eating contest? – What do you mean your a competitive eater? Or – What do you mean you get paid to eat?

I had one in Canada too. When I told the guy at the desk why I was there he said your gonna have to go over there. I was in what felt like an FBI interegation room. Some really young guy comes in and says to me “prove it” I showed him the pics on my camera, he laughed his ass off, and I was on my way.

After I went through secondary security once, I haven’t had a problem after that…probably all in the system now.

    Who’s FP?

I used to have to explain everything, now they scan my passport and they always believe it. Nope not FP. I would have thought that they would try and say something negative or stupid if they were trying to be me?
