Good job Stonie!! Watching them after the contest was very telling… Joey always looks in complete pain, like Kobayashi, Stonie was calm cool and collected and ate cleanly. I really like this guy now.

I meant that to read that Kobayashi and Stonie were very similar after the contest. Chestnut always looks horrific right after the contest.

Whats amazing is not that Joey lost is that he said during his ESPN interview that the hotdogs tasted like leather..We have been saying this for years.When the powers to be wants someone to win it just happens…3;51 is dead on..Ive been in contests were the dogs were cold, stale and uneatable. After all these years Joey is now the victim.

For all of you guys screaming foul: Chestnut ate 61 last year and 60 this year. Stonie ate 56 last year and 62 this year. (and is much younger)
Neither a 1 dog drop nor a 6 dog jump is that hard to believe.

Sudo and Stonie are the future of competitive eating . The Japanese have conquered once again but this time the two parties representing Japan were born in the US speak fluent English without the slightest hint of an accent . What more can you ask ? Awesome job done by everybody!! When we were in Puerto Rico for the Taco Bell contest I told Joey to watch out for Matt Stonie. He laughed and said “the only person that can beat me in hot dogs is me,” It was a great contest and I cant wait to see what happens next year!

Miki is one of the sweetest & down to earth girls I had the pleasure of meeting & Stonie won because he ate more, no bribes involved. Ya’ll are stupid if you think Joey would give up a win & even dumber if you think Miki is anything other than a fun girl who enjoys this sport!

BS was invited to the after party and he probably would have made the effort to show but he prefer not being around a few fake classless individuals that don’t speak unless spoken to. Besides without the Oldstein’s not being there what’s the point? If those two worthless jokes in eating and in life showed up, they would spend most of the time looking back at Seiken to see if hes staring at them. Would have been worth a trip in itself .

I love that the results say Martinez had 8 less than the week before. I told you, they added 5 or 6 to his total in the qualifier.
