The Duquesne student paper has an article about Amanda Corturillo winning a giant banana split eating contest held as the first Student vs. Food Challenge. It does not appear she finished the dessert according to a gallery of the contest.

    Cool. Cal State University, San Bernardino hosted some type of “Man v Food” event last year. Never heard results or anything, but it featured hot wings, a 5 lb burrito, and some oversized dessert.
