I hope they can get some international eaters again. It makes it more of a world championship. I find it hard to believe there are eaters better than Joey and Pat now that Kobe is gone, but the international flair always is entertaining.

Make sure you wear a bullet proof vest if you plan on competing in the Camden qualifier. It sucks that West Chester & Camden are so close together for the Philly/New jersey eaters.

Bring a bullet proof vest to the pizza contest as well. Not the safest shopping mall to hold an event

Who do you think the ifoce will send to Vegas? Wil Rich and El Toro have to go to other cities? Lots of questions to be answered..I think to bring Joey or Pat would be an injustice to Rich…

Joey has a free pass as champion.

Actually, Koby SHOULD have a free pass also, given the fact that he’s THE 6-time champion. Requiring him to win a qualifier would be like telling El Wingador that he would need to accomplish an approved stunt for Wing Bowl, but on a much grander scale.

The IFOCE should send Juliet to Vegas this year, since it is Juliet who will be the greatest challenge to Joey’s title. I know Juliet can eat over 50 but 60 might be stretching it a bit for her, but if Joey has an off day or doesn’t show up July 4th Juliet will be wearing the mustard belt home.

I would normally expect spectacular things from Humble Bob this year in HDBs. When you examine the relationship between the number of Krystals eaten one year and the number of HDBs eaten the following year, all the top eaters can eat at over 50% of their Krystals total in dogs.
That makes sense, because they’re both breaded/sandwich-type foods. By that logic Bob should be able to eat 45 to 50. He’s ranked ahead of Janus and Sonya so he should be able to follow through.

Dudes, I believe Philly Guy will win West Chester. He has showed his great hot dog eating talent recently and will be a force to all Nathans want-to-be champions.
