The contest had two rounds and Pete Czerwinski had the most in the first round, so he remains undefeated in head to head contests.

The first place in woman was name Olga.
3rd Place in mens was that dude “sunshine” from choo choo’s.
Dumplings were very hard to eat as myself and 2 or 3 others also choked. I was the only one to DQ because my choking was on 14 dumplings at one time, lol. I had those in about the first 15 seconds and then couldn’t breathe.
There will always be next year.
I’ll post a blog and video soon.

wow this was an amazing experience, everyone was very nice, and anyone who can do this regularly and put up a good performance (both eating and interacting) deserves respect. I just wish I wasn’t so shellshocked and enjoyed it more ^-^

I thought it was nice to do something for a TV show, even though a Canadian network. (I did get a copy of the DVD – NICE)
The worst thing about that contest was that the LOSERS were supposed to sing the national anthem of the WINNING country, and you LOSERS from the Canadian Team didnt even follow up with the deal, but I was PROUD to sing that glorious song for you guys.
Now there Mr. Czerwinski I would appreciate an apology. Please.

Thanks. The whole court thing WAS emotionally draining, but life is finally returning to normal…for the moment.
As for Pete: He did great! The dumplimgs were different this year; whole wheat pasta shell instead of their traditional type. Everyone’s numbers were down — mine, Floria’s, Joe’s — I’m sure he could have done much more of the dumplings if they were made like the ones in years past.

Good video of the contest by Francis Chin. Joe looked like he was about to reverse a few times but he kept it down. I hope that dumpling he dropped during the final seconds of stuffing wasn’t counted — one dumpling ended up being the difference between first and second place!
