The 2020 California State Fair held in Sacramento has been cancelled. Previous fairs had a corn dog eating contest awarding $6100.

    Good riddance. They make you come
    all the way to Sacramento and do a 4 minute
    qualifying round the day before the 8 minute main
    event . Just open up the competition
    to more people and make it the classic 12 minutes .
    Don’t be so cheap !

    They don’t make you do anything. You choose to do it dummy. It doesn’t matter though. Whoever you are won’t be eating in any money paying contests in 2020 or anytime after that.
