James will be there. He hasn’t missed a contest (other than one where there’s was a different contest the same day) in a while. Seems like he’s still in the area, so would be shocked if he isn’t competing.

Now it says “Esper will face fierce competition this year from the #4 ranked eater James Webb from Sydney, Australia.
But before, it said he will be facing off against Nick Wehry.
