I thought that few could beat the gentleman. I would suggest that he try to drink a gallon in 3 minutes to help with his training. Assuming chestnut stopped at 10 minutes in oregan I think it is a safe assumption that he would have surpassed menchetti’s mark in 10 minutes. This isn’t my logic, I am using chapman’s and gi joes.

1st of all, you can not compare ribs from contest to contest, just as you can’t compare wings contest to contest.

2nd, I never claimed I would have beaten Chestnut.

3rd, due to some (non-life threatening) health issues I haven’t trained for eating in 6-8 weeks & haven’t been on proper diet & regular workout for 3 or 4 weeks. While my weight hasn’t gone up by more than 5-10 lbs, i’ve probably lost about 10lbs of muscle & gained 15 of fat

4th there was an issue w/the weighing. I’m not making a stink by any means, but I didn’t leave the event feeling as though I lost. I am not saying that I won either.

When i’ve trained, the best i’ve done is a gallon (of water) in 1:20 something. Then eating a 30 oz Wal-Mart sub w/some of the cheese taken out & the italian bread gutted. (for less calories)

If I tried it now, I couldn’t get passed 3 quarts, no sub.
