The Broward Palm Beach New Times reports that Dale Boone and "Gentleman" Joe Menchetti are expected to compete against "Furious" Pete Czerwinski at the watermelon eating contest at the Mardi Gras Casino.

    if i drive down there in the morning can anybody get me in the contest? i know they are giving away 24 more spots and i want one! i tried registering on the phone as one of the first sixty but by the time i got someone to anwser it was too late! somebody help me out!
