The Plain Dealer has a blog entry about "Mushmouth" Mariano Pacetti, who competed in a weekly pizza eating contest on local Cleveland television in the 1970s. Pacetti now lives in Newnan, Georgia, home of Loren "Bubba" Yarbrough.

    Mushmouth is a REAL eating legend in Cleveland. The guy who took over his reign does not like his name on this website. Mriano is the man.

    O my gosh! Mr.Pacetti is my band teacher. I had no idea he was this famous. O my gosh how many things did he even do. Mr.Pacetti is awesome!!!
