    OJ you’re wonderful. That’s what I call listening to your customers. This is the place for Tim and his followers to state what’s on their minds, with Tim as facilitator, I guess.

    In response to Liz’ problems with high altitude cooking: I lived in Flagstaff, AZ for several years while going to school and it’s above 7k, which made cooking my mac and cheese time consuming…until I got a pressure cooker. I don’t know how practical that would be for most of your recipes, and I know it won’t help you with baking, but any improvement is still an improvement.
