    I heard that the crust is impossible to chew. Probably the reason many are not returning from the prior year.

    The pizza is horrible. Even a fresh slice at the Upper Crust booth at the food fair was just as bad as the contest pizza. Cardboard crust, tasteless sauce and cheese that tasted like it was made by Dupont.

    The pizza at Upper Crust is not horrible, it is delicious. I have eaten it at several Upper Crust locations. It cuts the mouth because of the kind of pizza it is. If you do eat in a contest, probably not the best tactic to slam the sponsors food. Not sure what the poster above is trying to accomplish.

    You are right, it is not good to slam the sponsors food. If you do not like it, just politely stick it in your gloves and smile. You taught your son well.

    Not out of line at all. CLC mom chose to get herself involved in the sport and take part in the forum. Not like someone decided to pick on someone family member out of the blue

    I think the pizza is awesome… I’m from NYC and it’s pretty good.. would say one of the better here in bean town…
