My bad. Tried the link and found one video. Did not know you had to go to the sidebar to see there are more videos.
Next question is how soon will Super Paul be kicked off IFOCE. Dale Boone was a ranked eater and ate in a NON-IFOCE contest and was quickly kicked out of the IFOCE. Super Paul, a ranked eater in IFOCE, also from Atlanta just like Dale Boone is said to be competeing this weekend in the Krystal’s contest. I say if it was fair to remove Dale Boone than IFOCE should remove Super Paul for the same violation Dale Boone was kicked out for.
Anyone agree with me?
Too bad this was an IFOCE event. said

What was that,… there are a lot of people who want to keep everything fair and equal, because it is the best way to allow everyone to enjot the sport. The problem is, and it is especially true on this site, many people don’t take the time to research what is going on and understand the background behind the events taking place before they post their comments. If you know that there is a violation of sorts, that is one thing, but to just assume something is wrong, that is another.

Atlanta La Costena 1 Minute Jalepeno pepper eating results 8-26-07. First place was $500.00.
The contest was supposed to be 1 minute but they only gave us 20 peppers.
1st Loren “Bubba” Yarbrough 20 peppers 27 seconds.
2nd Super Paul Barlow.
3rd Larry “The Legend” McNeil
Dale Boone ate enough for 2nd place but was DQ’ed for yelling at the sponsors. Fun Times

Soooo… I understand La Costena is an IFOCE sponsor, and sponsoring the Chicago Jalapeno contest. IFOCE members Bubba, SuperPaul, and Larry McNeil are therefore given IFOCE green light to compete in this. Is Dale still in IFOCE or not? If he isn’t, why was he allowed to compete? Or was this a local, walk-up, anybody allowed contest?

This tour was announced way before the ifoce became associated with La Costena. Its the same tour they had last year without any affiliation with the ifoce. So, in a way, its one of the few things everyone can compete in.

the ATLANTA contest was ONE min
But BIG dumb ass and smart ass Bubba stop at 27 secs
trying to say he won ???
They had more jalapenos to give everyone but fail to after bubba stands up yelling he won .
Rules were given right before contest .
Eat at the sound of the horn and stop at the sound of the horn .
at no time was it told just eat the 20 first given to
each person .
And this was a NON – IFOCE contest
the final is the only thing that is IFOCE .
just like the Waffle house contest this year is a
NON- IFOCE EVENT

Anonymous (Boone) has a point. If it’s a 1-minute contest and there is food enough to go around again, you eat for 1 minute not for 27 seconds.
I was there. said

Actually Anon (Dale Boone) 12:44am they didn’t have any extra peppers to give out. The judge stopped when Bubba finished. I did notice that you continued eating your last 5 peppers.

There were peppers to be handed out the girl held then in a bowl she then pick up a cam the contes
and did not do her job of giving ppl more . she mess up by picking the cam up . not knowing that the 2 men ate that fast.
The man they call Dale Boone won . The man they call Bubba had so much left and try to hide it .
these ppl are dealing with Money in the amount of 500 USD it not a game . Doing the contest like this
to ppl has made me want to never buy the brand name food again.
