The two biggest questions are as follows
1. Why wasnt Seiken invited to take part in the trivia show
2. Why wasnt Seiken asked to host the geographic channel show in Canada?

John Pinette is hosting this show. He is not a competitive eater though.

Thanks Pete! Wow, no wonder I’ve never heard of the guy. How the heck did he get chosen?
Pete, I’ve always been a big fan of yours. You’ve got it goin on! (Whispering): Can’t say that in too big of a font. There are those among us who may get jealous (as I lightly tip-toe to the nearest exit).

So Pete, I know your not a retribution kind of guy. Except maybe for an idiot in Georgia who thinks he’s king of world in eating and some people who fix contests in Philadelphia, you’ve always seemed like an all round positive guy. But, do you see yourself ever appearing on this show? I mean, how can you have a Canadian eating show without the best eater in Canada? Unless you declined, seems like a big time flaw in this whole shows premise. Maybe, if in fact, they haven’t called you and they finally realize they have to, when they do call you, you might think twice about accepting realizing the brainiacs who put this show together and stay away.

Just an aside, if you check the his string and the other postings and comments, it’s hilarious now that most everyone is starting to ignore that crazy, self-absorbed, psycho postal worker. Yet, he continues to keep chiming in with his idiot comments. It’s kind of like the brat who keeps tugging on the adults pant legs — LOOK AT ME, WHY AREN’T YOU LOOKING AT ME! Not now honey, adults are having a conversation.

Adam Richmond wasn’t a competitive eater. A show host need not necessarily be a competitive eater. Very few people can be a Pete, both top eater and entertaining.

Anony 3:29 — So you guys don’t have to sift through possibly the worst press release ever written, here’s what it says: “All You Can Eat (Canadian Broadcast Premiere) AUGUST 29 Hosted by a charismatic, competitive eater, every episode of All You Can Eat digs deeper into viewers’ favourite foods, like eggs, burgers or bacon, revealing the surprising history, technology and process behind every plate.” Adam Richmond made it clear he wasn’t a competitive eater. This show’s own press release says this guy, John Pinhead or whatever, is a competitive eater. It sounds like Canada’s got their own version of Suzanne “Suzella” French on their hands. I can’t wait until this guy starts claiming he’s the best eater in the world. How can you be a competitive eater, if you have never eaten competitively?

Whatever happened to Suzanne?

John Pinette is a comedian. I don’t think we’ll be seeing him claim to be the best competitive eater in the world.
