Patch.com announces that Adrian Morgan, Eric "Badlands" Booker and Damien Boykin will compete in Saturday's Nathan's qualifier at Cypress Street Pint and Plate in Atlanta.

    Why is Booker wasting his time competing against Adrian Morgan. He should wait till the last qualifier at the Meadowlands, which he’s probably signed up for, for an easy win. Maybe he has music business to tend to in Atlanta.

    Do not say that about Booker. Booker is a role model not only because of his legacy in the sport but the fact that he loves to eat. Cookie and Godfather retired they lost weight but so what? People forget you once you retire. Nice that they lost weight but now what? Are we supposed to stop everything and run marathons with a svelt Cookie Jarvis ? I doubt anyone even remembers who they are anymore Back to comp eating.

    So much wrong with these comments! Booker is AWESOME. He contributes so much to the character of MLE and CE at large. As an outsider, let me tell you: the eating part is interesting only for so long. Epic rivalries, unimaginable numbers, underdog victories, and personalities that shine through even the loud, chaotic, barbarity of CE– these things are all needed to keep the sport entertaining. To say that Booker “has no value” just because his numbers aren’t top 5, is plain ignorant.

    Next, @1053 aka “competitive eating fan” aka Boone: why are you here? Shouldnt you be investing time in your own site? Maybe if you weren’t such a negative, antagonistic, delusional, self absorbed jerk, people would overlook the fact that you suck, and you’d start making a friend or two. Stop being your own worst enemy.

    World champion Dale Boone is the best. And booker has lost to him many times.
