(From Matt Sollars) “American Stomach” author Frederick Kaufman reports that Crazy Legs Conti performed an oyster taste test at the Grand Central Station Oyster Bar in which he tried to identify one of seven oysters that was genetically modified. A video of the taste test is available on youtube.

Crazy Legs is a pisser. I like the way he says “I think i’ll go typewriter style” while he was demonstrating the correct way to eat an oyster. What a character
