Anyone outside the top 20 (with the exception of Matt Cohen) is irrevalent. Ron Koch would still be a factor if he competed more often. You don’t see many eaters in their 50’s and 60’s because they are more concerned about their health (as they should be). Lefevre is the only one I can think of. Oh yeah, Carlene, but she is no longer a factor as her numbers have dwindled since her comeback.
