    Puking is not normal. Some eaters puke after contests and some do not. Kobayashi never pukes after contests or exhibitions. There are others who never puke.

    Here is an archived copy of a 2014 Chicago Sun Times column about witnessing mass reversals after a Nathan’s Famous finals. Interestingly, it appears to have been removed from the Sun Times website. The author, Rick Telander, was the college football writer for the golden age of Sports Illustrated.

    Kobayashi absolutely does not puke. I was with him after a hotdog contest the whole time until the bus ride. He did not puke. Laugh all you want.

    Amazing! This blog looks exactly like my old one!
