That does kind of hurt. I noticed that, below it, in a June 4th post, it refers to the 3-on-3 donut eating contest I was in as “Comedy Donut Exhibition”. Comedy Donut Exhibition??? I worked my ass off for that contest! I could have quit when I started feeling sick but I said “no, I want to finish this”. I pushed and pushed myself until I physically couldn’t take it anymore and, 26 minutes into a 30 minute contest, I puked. I could have eaten only 1 donut and it wouldn’t have mattered because we were compensated the same regardless of how much — or how little — we ate. But I wanted to do the best I could, so I ate to my max. I took this contest seriously even though we received nothing extra had we won. I’m disappointed that Arnie would refer to the contest as “Comedy Donut Exhibition”.

Jill,
I couldnt imagine eating donuts for 30 minutes. Dont feel bad about the reversal, even the best in the world have done so at one point or another, and the longer the contest, the more likely it is to happen. Plenty of people puke in less than 8 minutes. You did the right thing trying to be your best. Learn something every contest. Get up and go for it again.

in the contest wasn’t even a professional eater. she (and jill) were only there because japan needed some females.
so, it was pretty much a joke.
