    George Shea would gave no comment on why Miki Sudo did not attend. Sonya Thomas blamed her low numbers due to the Burka that they made her wear. Joey Chestnut said it was a great event and can’t wait to return next year to defend his title. Takeru Kobayashi held his own ice cream eating contest in a nearby Syrian town beating U.S. Mail by several pounds. On a side note, after Kobayashi’s event U.S. Mail was actually physically beaten for having the nickname U.S. Mail The Rake and Herald covered the whole story but have not been heard from since the contests. Brian Seiken was upset that he was not invited to attend. Crazy Legs Conti was beheaded for allegedly cheating. All in all “Fun Day” was a great family outing for all involved.
