CompetitiveEaters has posted a video promoting All Pro Eating which primarily uses footage and images from IFOCE contests. update Sept 20 All Pro Eating management says that they had nothing to do with the video, which has been removed.

Maybe instead of asking if “they” received rights or permission, the question should be if OJ is properly “assuming” who indeed made the video (which seems to now be down). Could be the same repercussions for connecting “them” with something “they” didn’t do…

Of course they did not receive permission. Who are we kidding here? Just more nonsense with people trying to break copyright rules. Is it even legal to record a television program and put it on YouTube? Just asking?

Anony technically its not legal but maybe there are fans of the sport that wanted to watch the Regis segment but couldnt. Maybe if it was anyone but “seiken” that uploaded the video it would be legal according to you and you wouldnt go out of youre way to post that comment . . Just a hater

That is dreadful. I can see why Don Lerman would be very upset. The video certainly has had lots of viewings. It does seem strange that it would still be available. Hard to take on the UN? ojrifkin comes through once again.
