Hall Hunt googled Josh Heald, who was listed as a screenwriter who ate 11 hot dogs in the Las Vegas qualfier in the IFOCE report, and found he had written a movie about competitive eating for Disney called “All You Can Eat.” The movie is supposed to come out later this year, but apparently it has not been cast yet.

It looks like the producers of this movie were the writers of Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. That movie was my inspiration for the Krystal burger contest. I love these guys already.

Actually the movie is set up at New Line and yes, we are trying to get it going asap. The inspiration for the script came from 2001’s The Glutton Bowl. As a student of the sport, I’ve written and rewritten about eating so long, I figured it was time to put my mouth where my pen was.
