    I have seen many contests in my day but this was was right there with Legs Shredder 2004 Cannoli eatoff. Sonya Jarvis Chicken wing rivalry and even my 500th of a pound (which is less than the moisture in my mouth) pickle victory over Jarvis in 2002. Allen did everything in his power to advance to Coney but Erik the Red is a tremendous talent. Pat Philbin was practically in tears on O&A when he found out he was suspended earlier this year. Why ?? Because he loves to eat. Last year i might have made a mistake when i said O&A is Philbins bread and butter. I take that back . After watching Philbin’s performance today i believe CE is his bread and butter. Subich ate his heart out in giving it all he had, Great job from all the competitors at Shea

    So BB Seiken… are you still considering eating at the civil service qualifier? Looks like there are a lot of guys who havent qualified yet that might be looking to compete in that one. I dont think you 13 HB’s will do the trick. 20+ looks like the magic number to get a sniff at Coney Island…
