Brian… I know you are entitled to your own opinion and let me start by saying that I do respect it. I personally feel that all of those eaters deserve A’s or A-‘s. Joey is one of the most humble young men I have ever met and he has so much pressure on his shoulders and I really dont understand Chip getting a C. All the contests that I have heard or been to he has seemed like another exceptionally easy going and friendly young man. I have also met Erik the Red and again he is a good person who is very fan friendly. I think that all of these young men deserve exceptional grades for the time being. Pat is also a fan favorite who always takes the time to promote the sport. Again this is my opinion. By the way I do love your site as well and look to it and here for the most up to the date info on the sport

I like the stuff brian writes it makes things interesting. I hope Brian hurries up and finishes his weight loss so we can see him at the table again.

Chip emailed me . I think we are on the same wavelength now. I admit i was a bit hard on him and i regret it. This is only due to the fact that i think these guys are fantastic talent (Joey , Chip, Erik etc) and it was out of pure frustration because i wasnt developing the close friendship with them like i did with Lerman Jarvis, Krachie and the other guys This is almost like trying to adapt to your favorite tv show but the cast of characters have changed. If i can hopefully make the transition with the new guys then the site will be better than ever. To answer Bubba’s question yes i am still hungry to compete . I think i have alot left but i refuse to post any pics of myself while i am in training. Since aug 13 rib contest which was my last, i have dropped some weight and i can consume much more food than i was accustomed to.All that fat around my midsection that i neglected for the past 8 yrs must dissapear or i refuse to take a spot at the table. I figure by dec (meatball time) the new and improved(cut) Seiken will make his debut

Brian,
That’s really nice and professional of you for taking the time to focus on the new IFOCE talent. And —– (whatever that’s suppose to be), Brian didn’t assign the ratings, he merely recorded the results of his poll. So that’s NOT his opinion, that’s others’ opinions. Super job Brian. That’s one of the reasons why you’re a special guy. You have much, much ability and talent that extends beyond the table. Please realize that.

Brian … as much as it might have seemed that I was your adversary … I am not. As sure as God knows my mind, I could not be more FOR Beautiful Brian. You are the best my friend. I’m sorry things got out of whack.
