Bodybuilding supplement company sponsors decentralized eating contests
Controlled Labs, a bodybuilding supplement company, has sponsored eating contests for hard boiled eggs and cans of tuna. What makes their contests unique is they do not take place in a central location. Instead, competitors record their efforts and upload videos of their performances to youtube or Google video. A clock must be visible in the video at all times. Videos of the winning performances, 12 hardboiled eggs in a minute and 6.75 cans of tuna in 3 minutes are available on line. The company is currently seeking ideas for the food to be used in its third eating contest. Winners receive a year’s supply of Black Hole, an appetite enhancer that suppresses the impulse to feel full after eating a large meal.
The connections between bodybuilding and competitive eating are stronger than an outside observer would expect. Not only is Kobayashi an avid bodybuilder, several other top eaters including Tim Janus, Bob Shoudt and Chip Simpson are into weightlifting as well. It would be interesting to see if Sonya Thomas working out with weights would improve her eating ability.

So, is this stuff like a performance enhancing drug for CE? If the claims are true (which I kind of doubt) it could help people over the wall in competition.

Also, it messes with your hormones. That’s always a great idea!

Coward why even pursue this topic. Buy the shit and see for yourself instead of trying to get info for free on this website. Several 20plus hot dog eaters tried it and it did nothing. It’s a gimmick and thrown out money.I think it was wrong for OJ to post this topic because if some of the big names are using it and it is working you could blow their cover. I was told its a glorified version of vitamin B12 which does very little but give you a boost in energy and might get you to chow down or add one more hot dog to your total. Scam is all it is. Either you are a great eater or your not. Training means nothing

AC’s a P-U-N-K anyway. And OJ is just informing us. Don’t shoot the messenger. And yeah training means nothing.

you can take all you want… but if the stomach won’t stretch to accomodate, you’ll never eat more than you can eat right now using this supplement.
as for training being bunk, I call malarkey (sp)

Thanks for the info, anonymous. As I said, I didn’t think it would be real effective. I hadn’t heard about eaters trying it out. Unless you’re being sarcastic, I have to disagree with you about training. The increase in the numbers at Krystals over the last three years should be enough to show that practice can make a huge difference.

oh yeah… and blowing their cover?
Come on…. that’s like not teaching a kid to throw a curveball.
Secrets, tricks of the trade, etc. — whatever you call them — are passed from person to person the world over.
It’s the great ones who do something with that knowledge.

If this product worked everyone would be talking about it. I know someone that has tried it. I cant reveal name but it did little if anything to boost up totals in food consumption. From what i was told it does give you a bit of a surge from the get go which might help or be very effective in a 2 or 3 minute contest . The product is not a stomach stretcher . It is supposed to trick your brain into telling you that you are not full, but from some testimonials, it has not lived up to its hype. It still might work if you go real heavy on the water consumption as a supplement. All in all another gimmick that will eventually end up being discontinued with people demanding a full refund.

Hello! Quick question that’s completely off topic related to Kohi clicker. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My site looks weird when browsing from my i-phone 4. I’m trying to find a template or
plugin that might be able to resolve this issue.
If you have any suggestions, please share. Thank you!
