Tribune Democrat has an article about "Big" Brian Subich using his Buffalo Wing Festival appearance to raise money for St. Vincent de Paul's food bank and soup kitchen. The article also reports that Joey Chestnut will compete in the Buffalo Wing Festival's eating contest which can be viewed live on streaming video.

    Good for the food bank and soup kitchen and good for competitive eaters to be thinking of those who would go hungry. Kudos to Big Brian Subich.

    What a wonderful gesture on behalf of Big Brian. Cannot say the same for some big name eaters that actually profit in $$ and cents from competing and wouldnt think of parting with a dime for a charitable cause
