The Brooklyn Eagle has a report on the pizza and ice cream eating contests held Sunday at the Fifth Avenue Spring Festival. Pizza contest winner "Furious" Pete Czerwinski produced a video about his trip to New York City. T L Magazine reports that the protest threatened by gay marriage advocates for the ice cream contest failed to materialize.
