    Really good article. Katina needs to talk to Webb though. “And in the aftermath, it can take a while to recover from the discomfort — think post-holiday dinner, but more extreme — and it’s tricky to stay hydrated with a full stomach” Just take a nap and lift in the gym. This allows you to do DAILY high-calorie food challenges without any discomfort. It’s a magical formula.

    Katina spews just like every other competitive eater. She would be shamed if she gained weight. That crooked grin fools nobody.
