They were hot! No one figured that sitting in butter in the hot sun in a tin pan wouldn’t allow them to cool enough. But they were delicious. I believe they were Marty’s pierogis, a local maker. First mouthful I realized that they are so dense that you can’t get any water in your mouth so I had to take less bites between swallows. Different from anything else I have tried speed eating. I recommend trying them before entering a competition. It was years since I ate them.
Rhonda, imagine a potsticker filled with mashed potato instead of meat. They are a tasty polish treat. Hey, I wasn’t even trying to rhyme.
