CE “My Life in Food” Jan 10 6:30 pm

The episode of My Life in Food about three competitive eaters preparations for the 2008 Nathan’s is now on the schedule. The 30 minute program will be televised at 6:30 pm eastern on January 10.

    According to Juliet Lee’s website, the “My Life in Food” episode will feature her, Pat Bertoletti, and Crazy Legs Conti.

    From the EatFeats database, the qualifying contests should be:

    – Pittsburgh (Greensburg), Pennsylvania, May 24th
    – Apple Valley, Minnesota, May 10th
    – Saratoga Springs, New York, August 20th (2007)

    Crazy Leg’s victory earned him the distinction of being the season’s first qualifying winner for the 2008 Nathans’s Famous Coney Island contest.

    Pat Bertoletti won with 41 in Minnesota, Juliet Lee won with 29 in Pennsylvania, and Crazy Legs qualified with 21.5 in New York.

    In a surprisng departure from the norm, no sniveling or whining was reported after any of the contests 🙂
