Ed "Cookie" Jarvis announced on his facebook today that a cheek tumor was discovered in his head. Jarvis was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2010, but declared cancer-free later that year. Best of luck to Cookie with the results of his upcoming CT scan. (via Brian Seiken comment).

No such a thing as cancer free . It almost always comes back to haunt you if you had it. Also the common phrase “its in remission” or we caught it early has little truth to it. Always best to stay mum when it comes to cancer because building your hopes can lead to a big letdown

You are uninformed 12:25. As a medical professional, I can tell you that there are many documented cases of cancer being successfully treated so that it does not return. In fact, many cancers are treated successfully.

10:00 what’s your profession? If nothing else, 5:58 is being a needed friend. The 12:25 comments must be from a machine and not a human. One day 10:10 and 12:25 will welcome comforting comments, even if they make fun of them now.
