Eric "Silo" Dahl was the first person to finish the 26 inch "Beast" pizza challenge at Tenney's pizza in Sandy, UT. His time was 11 minutes and 19.9 seconds.

Not only does that seem awesome, it is almost unimaginable. Assuming the pizza is round, that is the equivalent of 4 and 3/4 twelve-inch pizzas (calculating the area of a 26″ pizza, then dividing it by the area of a 12″ pizza).
That sounds like something only an elite eater could do!

that is awsome! the last challenge I did was a 26″ pizza, took me 20 min and i left one mouthful

Great time Eric! Would be interesting to see how you stacke dup against an IFOCE top ten…
Rhonda, thickness, texture, and weight of the pizza (as all pizza’s are not created equally but, I’m sure you’re aware of that) are huge factors of how great this feat truly was…

You are welcome Eric! You are very underrated, even when using the word “excellent.”
PM 6:33, Yep, you might say I am indeed aware of that, just like I am aware that all pizzas eaten by MLE eaters are not created equal. Furthermore, I think Silo’s talent is probably better than that of several MLE top 10 eaters, though he has nothing to prove.
