Fastest finishers of 72+ ounce steak challenges

In response to a request, here is a list of the fastest finishers of 72 ounce or more steak challenges as could best be determined. If any faster finishes have been omitted from the list, please put a link documenting the completion in the comments. The challenges are not 100% equivalent due to differences in side items.

update The list has been updated with challenges listed in the comments, including Molly Schuyler finishing a 77 ounce steak challenge in 8:03 at the Black Iron Grill in Rock Port, MO on Thursday
