10th anniversary of Molly Schuyler’s Big Texan record
Today marks the 10th anniversary of @MollySchuyler eating three 72 ounce steak challenges in under 20 minutes at The Big Texan in Amarillo, TX. Her time of 4:18 for the first meal remains the overall record for the challenge. Here are the other challengers who have finished in under 10 minutes.

Yesterday at the Jalapeño Festival in Laredo, TX, Molly Schuyler ate 329 peppers to win the event's eating contest for the sixth time in a row. Dan Kennedy was the runner up with 191.
Today marks the 10th anniversary of Molly Schuyler eating 363 wings in 30 minutes to win Wing Bowl 22, her first of three triumphs at that event. Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, who has become famous recently for his brother's relationship with Taylor Swift, also competed in that competition and ate 65 wings in 14 minutes but did not advance to the second round.
