Frank de Fraud wins Wing Off #4

The list of entrants in the Wing Bowl finals have been updated to report that Frank de Fraud won last night’s Wing Off qualifier by eating 28 wings in 10 minutes. The Courier-Post has an article (without results) and gallery from that contest.

“Gentleman” Jerry Coughlan, who performed a jelly doughnut stunt, and Wing Bowl 8 winner “Tollman” Joe Paul (no Wing Off or stunt listed) are other new qualifiers.

Yes, and Gentleman Jerry will win the float contest again, even though his train float massively exceeds the size rules that everyone else seems to be held to.

    WIP sucks!

I care … a bit. Like it or not, Wing Bowl is one of the most recognized events in competitive eating, and the only major event of its kind.

Besides, there’s nothing going on in the Fed, and given the state of the economy, 2009 will likely go down as the Fed’s least profitable year of the millenium.

Gentleman Jerry, and not just his float, will make his presence known at Wing Bowl.

The official rules say Wing Bowl 17 is open to all amateurs over 21 from the United States

BUT OJ, the rules were changed and I am 100% sure about that. They used to also say “that no prior Wing Bowl winners are allowed.” When the announcement for the Wing Bowl first came out, it showed the rules about no pros and no priors and mentioned that “Not even El Wingador is eligible this year.” I wish I had a copy of the OLD rules just to stick it up their ass.

Would not surprise me if Wingador somehow does throw his name in to compete.

    FRUADS!!!!
