Larell Marie Mele has set up a gofundme to help pay for George Chiger's surgery which took place three weeks ago that included amputation of a toe. He is currently experiencing issues with an incision on his big toe.

    Facts. He could have found a job during the pandemic that was off his feet or working from home.
    Facts. He could have used his unemployment or pandemic aid to pay bills.
    Facts. He used his tax funded income to be a “influencer “ and travel the country while avoiding adult responsibility.
    Facts. He uses everyone as if he’s a victim. Please help. (Btw we all have problems)
    Facts. Continues to eat out every day still. (Expensive?)(if I donate am I buying a chili dog or paying rent?)
    Facts. You’re not that good. The road to coney should be the road to a job application.
    I understand health issues arise and stuff happens but be a survivor not a government project.

    I agree. You would have to be a real fool to give this moocher any money. Medicaid or Medicare pays ALL hospital bills so whatever people give him is NOT going toward medical bills.

    I don’t think it’s fair to tell someone that “if they don’t agree, to please stay silent”. If they have an opinion or facts to share that others aren’t aware of, I think they are entitled to let others know. People shouldn’t be rude about it, but they are free to share their thoughts on a forum, especially if there is more to a story than many people might know…

    Some might even call this a crude form of investigative journalism 🙂

    Probably should read the GoFundMe first before commenting. There’s not one mention of surgical costs needing to be offset in it. Quite the opposite in fact. It specifically states that OTHER than medical insurance there are no resourses available to an individual who is: not pregnant, not a parent of a minor child, not over 60 years old or not going to be disabled at least a year. Obviously, as stated in the write-up, insurance coverage is not a concern.

    Patty cake, Medicare or Medicaid will cover all of his medical bills, but he wants his living expenses covered like mortgage and car expenses and stuff. The gifundme says it’s to save his home, so it sounds like he’s behind on his house payments, but it doesn’t really make sense because donations aren’t going to pay his mortgage forever. If he can’t afford the house he owns now, he might have to rent a place or move somewhere cheaper, or get a smaller place, or rent with roommates, basically like everyone in the world has to when they’re broke. People who can’t afford to be homeowners rent, and people who can’t afford cars get by without, and they save up until then.

    Someone here suggested working from home. That’s not too late
