Guam Nathan’s hot dog contest

Japan was not the only Pacific island in which a Nathan’s hot dog contest was held this weekend. A contest (presumably a non-qualifier) was also held in Guam.

The JOhnsonville Brats Qualifier was lot of fun, unfortunetly i did not get a seat. The results were as follows.

Tim “Eater X” Janus (NY)- 27 Brats
    Franch Wach (Chicago)- 20 Brats
    Tim Brown (Chicago)- 19 Brats
Crazy Legs Conti (NY)- 17 or 18 Brats I forgot
Jim “Hammer” Hammerick (Springfield, IL) -14
Domenico “The Sicilian” Alesi (Chicago)- 13 Brats

Congrads to you guys that qualified, i hope i can make the lottery. Good luck in Sheboygan!!
I’ll try to post the pictures soon, i also have videos from my digital cam that came out ok. There was a Hogs and Honey contest which consisted of women only. 5 minute contest. The winner ate 6 1/2 brats. Not bad for new comers. The amateur contest was one by a guy who ate 10 and 1/8. The second place guy ate 10.

P.S. There was women mud wrestling contest that seemed kind of weak. They were really gentle with each other. I got pics of those too.
